Having worked at Toronto's Pearson International Airport since 1981, Robin brings to Shuttle his considerable knowledge and experience. As a customs broker and later holding a 15 year tenure with Air France Cargo administering a worldwide automated cargo program, Robin became a leader in the Canadian air freight community. After traveling the world and establishing himself securely within the Freight Forwarding community, Robin formed Shuttle Freight Logistics Inc. with partner Raymon Lord.

Ray began his career in air cargo in 1978 joining the Cargo Department at Singapore Airlines in Colombo, Sri Lanka before migrating to Canada two years later. He continued his career in the air cargo business in Canada, joining Continental Airfreight (CAF) in 1980. His exposure to the operations in both the domestic and international programs for over 2 years provided him with the foundation that has since helped him strive for the highest standards in customer service. In 1982, Ray joined Cottrell Airfreight as a Sales representative and in 1985 took over the role of Operations Manager while still handling Sales. Ray's success at Cottrell later enabled him to join Mr. Ajay Virmani as one of the founders and partners of CTI Canada, Fastair Group of companies.

CTI Canada and Fastair, since its inception in 1990, was considered one of the leading Canadian Forwarding companies in the 90’s. It succeeded in maintaining a highly skilled and experienced Canadian network with offices across the country, each capable of offering a high level of service on both the International and Domestic programs. In serving as a Senior Vice President, Ray's role continued in the International program in both Sales and Operations across the network. After the Sale of CTI/Fastair to EGL in 2000, Ray continued his role as a Senior VP at EGL Canada in the International program until 2003.

After leaving EGL, Ray joined Robin Williams where his career in cargo has continued.
